Turns out that DVD technology is not quite where you might think that it is.  There are several types of <b>DVD (DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW</b> and more) and not all types of DVD players can play all types of disks.  Sad isn't it?
What you can do on the small scale (Us) isn't as universal as what you can get from them (Hollywood).  We're sorry but there's not a lot that we can do about that.

In an effort to try and keep you happy we're going to give you an address to look up your DVD player and see just how compatible it might be with the types of disks that we make.  We put our videos on DVD-R, the most widely compatible disk type.  But an older model player may not play the disk and some computer drives may not either.
